Yes its the invectory this is all in strsres.ini and the interface images. its pretty easy

but ? if in stress.ini.... where the picture ? hmm

The Images file is in
Client/data/interface/Style01/Alcazar/ald_c.dds

And rest need to be edited in Gui.ini
