CFEU Accountadmin...

ein account von mir wurde gehackt, ich habe den support von meinem anderem account angeschrieben und bekomme immer nur diese email zurück:

Dabei benutze ich die selbe email adresse auf der mein Account auch drauf ist?

Hast du eventuell bei der Registration .de und beim Support .com angegeben, vielleicht auch anders herum? Vielleicht hast du dich auch falsch ausgedrückt und sie gucken auf den jetzigen Account nach der Email. Ein Tipp, schreibe einfach eine Email an: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] mit den Titel "1:1 Account"

Und Fülle diese Formular aus:

Diese Email habe ich damals von dem Support bekommen um mit ihnen schneller schreiben zu können. Ich hoffe du hast damit erfolg.

Ja danke, habe den 1:1 Support angeschrieben, die haben ir das dann auch geschickt. Jetzt müsste es auch gehen, da man wenn man direkt an die email schreibt nicht eingeloggt sein muss^^

Sei mal Froh das du überhaupst eine Antwort bekommst^^
Mir schreiben Sie gar nicht zurück! bei mir changt jemand andauernd das Pw, mit der recovery email da!

Bei 1:1 support dauert es ca 3 stunden bis zur antwort bei Account admin 1-3 tage ^^

Warte inzwischen schon aber ca 1 1./2 Wochen^^
3 Tage fürn Arsch^^

Bei mir hat es sogar schonmal 2 Wochen gedauert.
