Character transfer on Int Server

Hello,

My account was banned 3 years ago, becuase of character transfer.
Just unbanned account and found there character which i didn't create.
GM tells me that they aren't authority to transfer character on other account.
Account from where character was taken is deleted by hacker and all stuff from our characters gone.

My question is:
Anybody here can transfer this character on new made account?
If GM don't want to help then maybe hacker can :)

its not possible .... lol its very clear..when you create new account that mean you need to start from zero.. no exceptions..

no they're not doing that sort of stuff... not for any reason

if you call with them via telephone and thats long enought they wil,l i think.

It is possible, u just need to know the right ppl and have some money to spend.
