Why chinese refuse to sell silks by paypal?

I have sold some items and golds by paypal . and some of my friends sold silks by paypal long long ago .
but why there is no one want to sell silks by paypal?
fc scanmers !
why there are so many scanmers?
they charged back their money ! even 1 $ !
OMG! i send silks and give golds to u , but i got nothing in my paypal !so FC.!
what is more ? it is hard to get cash from paypal in china !
Refuse to sell silks by paypal , chinese are noobs ? just cuz there are too many scanmers . why there are so few trustful ppl?

there are also people who don't scam.
it must be pretty frustration to get chargebacks via paypal by most of the people.
but in other hand, there are people, who really have nothing to do with chargebacking over paypal.
because of people like that, i , as a legit buyer, will not be able to buy silk for sunsro.

anyway, try talking to the gm, and try banning the accounts that charged back in some way.

I am chinese,it's not all chinese like you say!!!some guys buy silks from me in paypal,they pay me ,and they got their silks

Yo its me Mp3 and Mp4 i bought from Maya a full sun set and sun+9 weapon b4 Gm was selling them and yeah i payed over 150$ and i bought silk too 2 times 1400 and much more and i have to say that Maya (boco) is a trustfull seller hes even my best friend <3

Paypal doesn't fail ANYMORE. If people still think they can just chargeback anything they want they would end up in either a big dept or a maximum of around 6 months jail... PayPal recieved the rights to track down any unfair trade through their PayPal bank and they WILL be able to track any of you scammers down. The problem is only that they won't do any 5$ thing... Only bigger amounts =/
