the i openned the acc server.exe and saying don't sent what shoul i do please any one help

open all the servers as admin

You're going to have to provide a little more information than "I downloaded and followed the steps and it don't work" How about a few screen shots? maybe a couple log dumps, etc. I know you're pretty new here, but here at Epvpers, we aren't google, you can't type in a few words and have the answer auto filled for ya bud. Do a little work, upload some logs, etc.

It's green light go but you're having a problem The problem is you don't have the corect my.ini set up.
Go To
C:/Windows and delete my.ini
Restart winmysqladmin
Username: test
password: test
Try it again. Make sure that you have your database properly configured.
Best place for it is right off of the main hard drive like C:/Server or C:/wamp
Remember if you move it, you have to delete my.ini and Re-Run winmysqladmin 1.4 as Administrator.

First problem that I see.
Username for this is: Root
Password for this is: Test
Secondly, Never post you're active IP Address, this is a big security flaw putting the information out like that. Always Erase you're IP Address.
I see that you're also trying to go non hamachi, Make sure you have your ports opened.
Ports:
5816
9958
9865
8653
3306
80 (if you have a website)

When you're finished there, go ahead and give it another try.

(I'm not saying you are but I have dealt with this in the past)
I've seen people not know to update the IP's in the config to their own IP's.
So make sure you've updated your own in the configs....
