Unban yourself.

USE [SRO_VT_ACCOUNT]
Delete From _BlockedUser Where UserJID = (Select JID From Tb_User Where StrUserID = 'userid')
Delete From _Punishment Where UserJID = (Select JID From Tb_User Where StrUserID = 'userid')
