Im getting 4 second delay on attacking, using skills , equiping/selling items basically everything except running around. The monsters and players dont lagg to me.
Anyway to fix this?

Maybe are the server...it's very bugged version....

OVER CROWDED SERVER
they are no limit i think ! until server will crash >.>
