Im wondering if any1 has any idea how to edit the files that contain, the look and feel of 12 sky 2. I wouldnt mind re designing that aspect. Or maybe someone can point me in the the right directions.

You mean the UI? such as the skill bars, hp/mp bars, how skills look etc.
I don't think anyone has tried it yet. Try looking around more, or figure out how to do it. Good Luck :)
