Problem on Scream Mentalist Skill

Hello guys, how can i fix the problem on the skill of mentalist called Scream the poison thingy, when ur atk reaches 100k above the per second dmg of scream is like 1 dmg and 1

Any fixes on this problem?

You can change it in propskill.csv
