Anything is blocking port 80 and/or 443.
Look for any applications, which could block it.
VMWare do it afaik.

Ok thanks VMware block 80... i removed it thank you!

ok now run but.. whe n i run emu say: unhandled exception . I run it with administrator and i config it well with my password my username (root) and my database name (aurora) help me

Is your database installed?
Did you removed the password in the app.ini?

Yes, You must remove the password from "app.ini" & create a Database by going to:

http://127.0.0.1/phpmyadmin

Then click the "Database Tab".
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Then Type in "DarkOrbit". Then click "Create"

Next click the "Import Tab".
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Next Click the "Choose File" Button and select your .sql file.
If you do not have a "Darkorbit.sql" file, download my attachment below.

Next, Click the "Go" Button.

Now lets check if the file was imported successfully. Just click the "darkorbit" tab.
