Guys I created A D11 Pve Game with Flag-sro DB but i have the skill bug

The skills Not up or max or add i checked The db and the Skilldata,skilldataenc from media i don't know what to do to fix it when i up my char to 120 and the mastery to 120 the skill work :'(

enable it from your database
0 = disable / 1 = enable

Better tell him where he can find this DB :D
