I have just seen the video. It seems to show that it is working. I havent tried it myself so will update and let you all know if it does actually work or not.

its fake, when hacking with cheat engine all changes and progress made will be reset to the state it was in before you used the cheat.

This was done using Charles not cheatengine... but I think this hack is old as I can't get it to work with charles either.
