Minecraft Problem 1.5.2 HELP!!

I have a server and i download a map for the server.
There is a command block that teleport to other x y and z.
But i tried and command block dont work.
The code is ok: tp @p x y z

But I cant teleport.

I go to other server and it works. I runn Bukkit server with some plugins, what can i do to teleport?? I need to delete any plugin or put any??

Which plugins do you have?
Adds one of them a new Teleport-Command (and overrides the old from Minecraft)?
