Ill make a understandable answer once you make an understandable question.

1. Whats your RAM?
2. Whats your transfer limit?
3. Can you be a dedicated 24/7 online?

he is asking what he would have to send to someone if he wants someone else to host the server for him.

As far as I know you would have to send the source to them and database as well (unless for some strange reason you are still hosting the db off your own computer)

basically you would have to send them everything involved with your server making it technically "their" server instead of yours. They have the full code and could change anything they want.

you can compile the source and send them only the binary files, so there would be no way of changing something.

Wrong. There are plenty of C# decompiler out there, if someone aware of this is your host he could easily get the sourcecode, and start his own server. I belive there is a software out there that disables your .exe to be decompiled, but you need to pay for it tho <.<

Anyhow, go in your source, edit something if you want to before you send it, Press F6, go into bin/debug, put the .exe in a winrar folder and send the DB (Ini or Mysql(?) ) to the host, help him/her install the database, run the .exe, done.
Note: Your host must have the ports open.
