Jagex, the creators of Runescape has now launched the next part of their game, Runescape 3. This game is now available in 5 different languages.
Runescape 3 not only has an improved engine, but also a new world event called “The Battle of Lumbridge”
Battle of Lumbridge splits players into two factions, requiring them to do a variety of quests, which will impact the future of the game.
This new HTML5 engine will offer improved graphics, better audio, longer draw distances and the possibility of an expansion for the use of tablets.
Phil Mansell, the Executive Producer said, “The simultaneous launch of Runescape 3 around the world has been made possible by the hard work and dedication of our team over the last year.
Runescape 3 ushers in a new age for players in terms of user-driven content, story, gameplay and technology, and we couldn’t be more excited for them to write the next chapter in Runescape’s epic saga.”
