[W00T]Crash World_server

Hi, I have a problem with woot files.
Let me explain: When I start Navicat (MySQL Or) I put the file sql W00T Packet folder..
Then I change all the sections (Game_start_option, details, game_détail)
For now, there is no problem.
But when I start my server (Nostale_local) via root NosTale (DE) after enable cmd (Login_server, World_server, W00T) I create a character and it gives me an error:
World_server has stopped functioning ... Close the program.
Do you have a sollution to my problem? Thank you to answer me and good night :)

I've already go, and it did not help me. Video and I do not not not understand much. I do all the manipulations that have been said.
I installed xampp but I do not know to use it ^ ^ so I not use the apartment for cmd.
Passwort ändern unter Navicate & Xampp:
1. cmd.exe als Admin Starten.
2. cmd.exe -> cd -> mysql -> bin pfad
3. cmd.exe -> mysqadmin-u root password test.
