Is there anyone who can tell me the Gm command to ban someone from the game for 1 day or a few hours and the code to make them Yak for a few hours please ?

There is no command to ban it's database related and timed bans are not supported.
For the rest: There is a helpthread for questions like that.

With a little Tool timed bans wouldn't be a problem, as there is a column in the db. You would need a tiny tool, which decreases the time periodically
