no there is no command, and if you are normal player you can't ''mute'' them or make their messages to do not be posted.
But if you are the server owner, you can add some words that they spam to some string files and then those words will be censored. Or you can ban those spammers

so you couldnt make like a command to mute them like i remember when i was a dev in maplestory you could make your own commands and you could fix the broken ones

That specific part wasn't programmed to be like that in Dekaron.
But as trane said, you could make some kind of script to block out useless words.

ive been thinking whate the MSSNGR_CHAR_LIST table does, maybe if you (not remove) change a name (ex. "testchar" to "NO_testchar") maybe it will take out the rights to chat
