take money back from bigpoint

guys i payed for 6 months of premium 20 days ago...but darkorbit is boring...how can i take my 30€ back via paypal?and what bigpoint can do?if i open a dispute what should i write?help me please :handsdown:

I think they ban you if you dispute payments with them.

Go to payments > cancel.

Or open a refund at paypal.

i've opened a refund and i written "the item is not like what i wanted" it's enough?

Just take the money back. Only thing that will happen is they will block your acc untill you pay again.

Open dispute and after max 40 days you'll get your money back ;)

BP will bring up connection logs and prove that you logged in and benefited from what you pay (if they're smart) so you wont get your money back.
