ok i have been working and looking for stuff on the CoEmu Source...i have Downloaded Andy's version because i thought that would be the best way to go instead of all these other ones that have more problems. So Anyhow i need help with the NPC. I'm a Noobie at coding so that doesn't help but i'm in the process of learning, But I would like someone to help me code these NPC's. So If u could help me lemme know! :)

nothing just having trouble connecting to mine through 127.0.0.1 localhost cant even get to achar creation login just sits there loading

idk its like the login server isnt even responding to the cleint iv been through like 50 guides
nothing has worked so far tryed phpmyadmin and navicat did all my editing in C# and compiled everything. i get 0 errors when i launch gameserver and login server so im at a loss for what could be wrong.
