Does anyone know how to redirect an internal ip like 192.168.0.xx:13099 to an external ip:13099? I think it could be done with winsock. App listen to that port and send the data to the new ip ... but i don't know how to catch the connection

I need to make it for a metin2 root server that is behind a router (server send to client it's ip but the ip is the internal ip)

I still dont quite get what your exact problem is. If i'm getting you right:
Your server runs in your local network and you want to access this server from another computer in your network?

Plus, i dont think thats a question really related to C/C++
You could of course hook the connect-function and modify the address according to your targets address
