Darkorbit requeriments?

Hi, i was thinking about how to record Darkorbit without lag. I have Pentium D 2 Core 2,6X2=5.2 GHz cpu, 2gb ram ddr2 667 Mhz,and grafic card 256mb.
Can i record Darkorbit without lag?

I have a Quadcore overclocked 3.6ghz with 16mb cache
2x Asus nvidia gtx 560 ti on sli
And 16gb ddr3 overclocked from 1800mhz to 2200mhz
With 1 raptor disk where my windows is on and the rest is normal hard disks...

Also cooled with enough to keep it +- 35° and 50° in the summer:)


Still that program laggs here when i play dark orbit haha:)
Think you only have to edit the quality when recording...

Also try with Fraps, I have some records from 1 gb ram PC with almost no lag.

Yes fraps is totally better then bandican and hypercam and that kind of shit

processor is enough, you need 4 GB ram, at least for palladium

Just record with hypercam and give your browser more priority in your process list.

you have got small ram to run both things together and also your graphic card is not the best, i have got ~2 times better PC than you but I have 1.5 GB GPU (you have got 0.25 GB)

also if you run on windows 8 or whatever shitty ram-eating new OS, you have to have better computer to run it faster.

You need lot of MONEY which u need to spend all on DarkOrbit...

Yea but dont forget, Think he got X32 version of windows;)
If you look at the specs x64 would be useless right now.


So if he upgrades to new graphic card, new ram .. He also needs new windows version.

So better dont spend that money, for all them parts together you can almost buy a new CHEAP one that is 10 times faster;)

Win8 needs less resource than win7
