Character does not exist

When i try to send email to my 2 character:This character does not exist.
And when i press V to find character...i cant find my characters:((bad english)

so are you saying that you are loged it with a char from an account and you try to search for your chars via the searching fucion thats in game and you dont find them?

maybe i can search only for online players?

Your character is not in the list, because you can only find characters that are online. For the email you can only send to characters that is the same race as you are. You can also use the account warehouse, if your characters are on the same account and server.
