It isn't because you stall a lot ! For proof it's the first Item I sell on SjSro by Stall ! (Yes today i've been up from lvl 1 to lvl 41)

So as I heard this item increase gold ammount droped ?

yes me too have take one of that when u take alchemy items if u spend 10kk or something like that game automatic that items...

This item not so special i had it on ISRO...its giving you Gold drop more 10% for a few minutes.
