[QUESTIONS] About Coding C#

Ok i have some questions about Coding.. here they Are.
1. Coding with Regions does that slow down your source?
2. Mysql Or ini is better to make it faster i hear that ini is slower lol is that true?
3. Whats the best place to learn some C# at so i can get better at coding.
4. Should i use Lotf i been useing it but eh seems to be doing good for me.

1. No, they are ignored when compiling the application
2. MySql is much faster if you use it well.
3. Google, library, etc.
4. Nope, Lotf is coded pretty poorly. There are other great public sources such as Hybrids.
