1-70
First of all make a ninja. Go level at peasants till your level 3. Go to birdmen and join an archer's team that going fast. Stay in that team till your xp skill comes and just go to random monsters and hit them once! If you stay to long you could get killed. Let the archer plvl you till level 70. I got to level 70 in about 3 hours.
70-90
Go to sandmonsters and wait till your xp skill comes along and just keep killing them. Do not go to higher level monsters because tey'll kill you really fast. Remember to use exp pot. Also do the 300 quest thing. Don not let some other person help you. Do it yourself because you need the prof to level your katana. Pick up EVERYTHING you find and sell it to pharmacist or some sell other npc. Get all your gear up to date. Once your level 80 go back to twin city and ask about task from the promo guy. Finishes all the quests except the elite armor quest cause you get the armor already from your pack. (But you could do it to get exp.)
You'll be around 83-85 so go and hunt like mad at sandmonsters. Keep doing the quest to get mets to level your equips. Once your level 87, do the stupid 300 quest and go straight to birdmen. Wait around conductress and when xp skill comes, go and kill all the birdmen you could find. do this until your around level 90.
90-100training ground when your sleeping and if your doing something in the morning/afternoon go to normal training ground and level toxic fog.
