L2Walker 10.9.7 OOG Problem

I have the tcptunnel crack. IG walker for gracia final on official server works 100%, multiple instances no problems.
When i try to use OOG 10.9.7 on same server, same accounts, same tcptunnel, here is what happens.

I get all the normal login messages i should get, i even get "enter char {1}"
The bar of L2walker, now says my characters name.
Problem is, i cant see anything.
No inventory, no skills, no NPC's, not even an accurate CP/HP/MP/Level reading.
Anyone have any ideas?
I have tried everything i can think of.

try it with l2net - connect l2w on the 127.0.0.1 and setup l2net for ig mode and connect on the server if it will login

wrong section - moved,warning

Remember to check the protocol version (Final: 83 and Ct 2.2 12 or 17)
In OOG set.ini the server IP must be: 127.0.0.1 also your hosts must be changed as i describe.
Also: Forward.bat must have correct server ip.
Take the correct server IP by using -when you loging in game-"Command Prompt" this way:

Type: netstat -n

Ok, so i changed my hosts file to what you said, but i have to add in the nprotect, to bypass GG for my in game playing. Not that it matters, i tried without that line, and got the same results.
Modified my set.ini as you said, and my forward.bat
Here is a SS.
You can see what happens in walker, and then it actually logs me back out of the game, because my "LOGIN" button is clickable again.
Still nothing.

help on that would be nice too, thanks

It is impossible to see the picture.
Tell me the server URL to see what happen there.

yeah, sorry about that.
here are 2 screenies.
one is of my setup.

the server is USA phoneix, the IP i got, is from the netstat.

I dont see any TCPtunnel running.
Not proper configured.
When you hit "netstat -n" better have O N E window open, the LineageII window O N L Y to get a clear impression of what is the server IP.
Follow the steps as it is described and you will have guaranteed login IG or OOG.

Yeah, the original pic, has been modified so you can see my TCPtunnel window clearly. I looked at your instructions and i did everything you said, except change the L2.ini file, because i am using OOG, and that shouldn't have anything to do with it, unless i am misunderstanding. Either way, i do not know how to edit the L2.ini file like you did.

I shall get a new nstat later tonight, when i get home. and upload that so you can try and decipher that also.
i'm just confused as the why in game would work and oog wouldnt ><

i dont know why the resolution is so bad, but i will confirm the last 2 lines in the picture as the following.
