need help to change shoping malls look

help i want to change the look of my shoping mal anyone have any ideas on how to do this lots of people looking and want to no how to do this

Here i give you guide...
Downloads:
1. Download PhotoShop cs2/ImageReady: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
2. Download XnView to view the dds files: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
3. Download the Pulgin to save in dds Format: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Once you have that downloaded open up Xnview...
Once Xnview is open go to:
Code:
C:\Program Files\Your Client Folder\data\interface\Style01\stoneshop\
Once your in that File you will see the ShopingMall and its Buttons Open each one save to Desktop in jpg format...
Now once there saved to desktop open CS2 ImageReady...
Once your in ImageReady edit the File the way you want it then Save in PhotoShop format...
Now you want to Open CS2 and then edit more if you like if not then Save it to Desktop in dds Format...
Make shur to Set your Pulgin the right setting so it saves in right format...

its good but when i edit it it gets a black box around the shoping mall and how do i stop that
