Party Bug [You cannot form a party]

Anyone else had this bug?
I relogged , other player relogged too, but stays the same.

(other player wasnt on a special location either)

ofc we all get it.

it should work after the maintenance again :D

it occurs almost every week and they won't fix it..
it occurs mostly when i have my toms running ;<
well, tomorrow it should be fixed
