SBot ChatManager:
The program is in beta state, so there can be bugs.

Can you add translation table for incoming unicode symbols? Now SBot incorrect show incoming cyrillic letters and I think some other alphabets too. Outgoing text works ok.

I'm just reading out the lists in sbot. Im not having a connection between the client and sbot to get the ral string.

I see... SBot have already spoiled unicode text in it's memory.
Tnen I have another solution/proposal:
add ability to temporary translate all dispayed chats when some key is pressed and back chat to normal view when this key resumed.
For example:
I see message like this "?@825B" and I know it was some word on Russian ("привет (dunno if all see letters)" = "privet (russian transliteration)" = "hello (english)")
I make translation table for "spoiled cyrillics" and when I press some key, your program converts "?@825B" to "privet" as described in this table.
Of course this make unreadable english words but when I resume key I can see latinics alphabet again.

More information: we can add 176 decimal to each displayed code in range 16-79 decimal for Russian cyrillic without translation table and russian text will displayed in windows-1251 encoding.

Gimme the table and I'll try my best. But I didn't understand if this is a letter to letter or word to word translation table.

This is php-script which I wrote for translation. After some time of usage I decided to translate only small russian letters (spoiled symbols range "0"..."O") - this enough to understand text. And I also translate text only after string "): "

Code:
<?php
  $chat = '';
  $translated_chat = '';
  if (isset($_POST['chat']) && ($chat = trim($_POST['chat'])))
  {
    $a_chat = explode("\n", $chat);
    foreach ($a_chat as $line)
    {
      $l = strlen($line);
      if (strpos($line, '(Union)')) $f = 2 + strrpos($line, '): ');
      else $f = 1 + strrpos($line, ': ');
      for ($i=$f; $i<$l; $i++)
        if (($line[$i] < 'P') && ($line[$i] > '/'))
          $line[$i] = chr(176 + ord($line[$i]));
      $translated_chat .= "$line\n";
    }
  }
?>
<form method=post>
<textarea name=chat cols=80 rows=10><?php echo $chat ?></textarea><br>
<textarea name=tchat cols=80 rows=10><?php echo $translated_chat ?></textarea><br>
<input type=submit name=submit>
</form>
Table should translate codes 40...79 (decimal) to 216...255 in same order (and also 81 to 184 - but it is rare used letter).
