Put server online

Hello all, I want to know how I could put my server shaiya online for people to connect it, I watch all the post and I changed to full site and I found nothing. I begs you to help me by explaining all the demarche to follow please. Thank you to you.

Search on Google for a Host that you can afford and find out a free one!

Mhm, moi aussi je rigoles. Sa se voit non ?
Hamachi n'est pas necessaire. Ouvre tes ports de box et met toi en ip fixe.

J'ai ouvert mes ports mais sa fonctionne pas :(

Et ou je met mon IP fixe ? :(
