then contact him maybe he had some problems with his bot or your order takes abit longer... personally i have not tested him but from what i read everyday he is very trusted

and btw refs take up to 3 days to update on LoL site, i got some also and they were done 2 days ago lvl 10, but i didnt even have name updated on RAF page.

You have to wait up to 72 hours for the referal page to update anyway....
