Elsword HK/EU

ei guys! i have played Elsword NA before and i am planning to play elsword again, but i cant decide whether to go HK or EU/Ger
so i have these questions. ..

-how many characters and classes are released in HK? EU?
-level cap?
-is the language in game english?
-if i use the voice/language packs, will it also translate the text in english? (in missions and item description)

Elsword EU/Ger ist german. xD
All german.
Lv Cap 60, Charakters are Elsword - Chung, all first new JC, an theyre now at Nightwatcher. Infinity Sword ist released yet.

-level cap? EU : 60 // HK : 60
-is the language in game english? In EU it's German/English/Italian/French etc. // In HK it's Chinese.

i've started playing UK. ..
its a big disappointment since you cant change job yet but
the voices and text are in english so there's no need for the language pack

it's still in OBT . ..and i think it wont take long before it starts blocking IP's
