[HELP] Having problems with Dark Orbit PS Database/Server

I am making a Dark Orbit Private Server at the moment, but I need help getting my server online for other users. I already have the Website Online (Apache database), I just need the Game (Server) [MySQL] to be online. I have tested to see if other users can connect to the server, but it just not working, I've spent hours on Google and hours tiring to fix it.

- Using Xammp (Apache, and MySQL)
Do I need to configure "my.ini" for MySQL?
Do I need to Configure the DO Server files?
Do I need to enable SSH? With PuTTY?
Do I need to edit Portforwaring or Virtual Machine rules?

**Note**
I Have tried all of the things listed above, But I need you help if it's necessary and if so, how to do it the right way. :o

If you would like to assist me on team-viewer that would be great, I do know that JD had the exact same problem as I do now.

What emulator did you use?

I am using Azure DO Server.

to put online server you need to open port 80 of port forwarding, and the server run on your IP

You need to edit this file:
C:\xampp\htdocs\spacemap\xml\maps.php

My server is still not working, even after I watched your video, I still get server errors... Add me on skype, Thank you again for all your help...But asking for assistance again...

It's an error where the server disconnects others from connecting to the server.
