Palavia problem

Hello i have a problem with palladium this icon say:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If I press Yes, apear paypal to pay 1 euro, but the icon say:

10 days trial, If i press No, apear:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

But no say write Email to receive code, I dont have Registration Code..

Please help me
