Spectare Design

From where i can get Spectare design , is it on chests anymore ? One my friend opened around 500 chests and didnt take it.

-You can't get it anymore out of the chest, I think you can't get (atm) no design.

Bei SF sinds immerhin noch 1 : 33 Millionen, jedoch auf 30 Server verteilt :D
