Where are you from ?
You English and German sound both a bit strange for me ;)

But back to the topic.
This can have many reaons.
e.g.
* Your grafik-card is not strong enough for rappelz (e.g. not enough memory)
* Your grafik card device driver are not up to date-.
* Your DirectX Version is old
