Steam Summer Sale launched!

Like every year, the long-awaited Steam Summer Sale launched three days ago and stirs gamers blood. As always the variety of price reduced games is gigantic, due to daily sales, flash sales and the community choice. To benefit from the deals you should take a look at the different types of sales:

Daily Deals:
Several games are reduced by 50% to 75%. These deals last for 24 hours and will then be replaced by other games.

Flash Sales:
Several games are reduced by 50% to 75%. These deals last for eight hours and will then be replaced by other games.

Community's Choice:
The Steam community decides what's on sale next. Every account is allowed to pick one of three games every eight hours combined with a rotation of games.

What has everyone bought so far?

Chivalry: Medieval Warfare is really good.

I have just bought

• CS:GO
• Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition
• Orcs Must Die! 2
• SimCity 4 Deluxe
• Torchlight II

Some other games like CoH2 i´ve bought a little bit before the summersale begun for 30.50 €

I only bought Baldur's Gate enhanced edition :) Guess I will buy Dead Island Riptide during the winter sale.

I think the Steam Summer sale is great, because a lot more people have more time to play games. It is good for the player and for the games revenue.

People waste their money so much at steam summer sale XD. I also bought a few games i don't really play after playing it 1 time xd
