Im a current CO2 player just looking for another game to play. I want to play on a private server but i only own mac computers. Does anyone have a p server that works on mac?

To answer your question, all servers work just fine with mac. The problem is you need to find a way to edit the client to be able to connect to that private server which is not as well documented. I'm not positive how memory hooks and injection would actually work on mac so could not really provide you any advice.
Basically you're out of luck if you want to play a pserver naively on mac without having some serious programming knowledge of your own to make a custom loader.

pro4never is right, but there is a work around for your problem. If you are on OSx Lion, you can install windows in your mac using Bootcamp. So basically after having the windows OS on your Mac you can then install the CO client for you private server
