well i saw it on some forum that they gives each other downloading links at attachments for text files containing codes for stuff (as if it would stop leeching), maybe that's what he mean
anyway back to what they translated about op
and @shadowman123, i guess he mean just simple npc where you add amount of cps and it take the cps and increase your ranking donation according to that amount to make it easier for others to donate for ranks without using tasker
