This is about as basic as it gets... im not going to answer this. It's right in front of you in the client... all you have to do is look. Think about what argating does and what it is refered to by the official dekaron associations and you will get it straight away.
Hint- Server files are basicly shhare and 1 or 2 more files and the argate rate is set through server files.

go to your share folder and look in itemaddsocket.csv, itemoptionupgrade.csv,itemupgrade.csv and itemsocket.csv. From ther eyou should know what to do it would have the % and stuff just set em up.

That's true but I was once like him and I know what it felt like when you did'nt know something and asked around but nobody wanted to help you or anything.Besides I just feel like helping him out.There a saying, " what goes around comes around". I never asked for anything directly unless if i gave them something. If you ask directly you don't learn as much. I go for hints if needed.
