Patcher problem

Hello. When I compiled my Patcher in Clean Source from spikens I getting an window that my patcher is updated? I keep clicking 'OK' and it patching again and again. How to "disable" patcher-updater? or something? Someone can help?

You have the patch version of the patcher and the list.txt do the same.
