If you want to make it default for all accounts to get ViP level 7 go into your database, right click on the account table, go to design. Once your in there, you can set Vips value to 7. Then save it.
Now if you just want to run a query to update the current users with vip level 7 then you can run this. Be warned it will set EVERYONE to vip level 7. This is also assuming that your Vip column is called "Vip".
