Question about sun world reg

when does the reg open every day on +2 GMT
dont tell me to try to find it out myself cause for me it was 6 o'clock
someone says its on 7 o'clock and someone says it on 3'oclock gmt+1
so i need to know the real time gmt +2!!!!ty for help
