Can't use Moving March

Hi Guys,

First Sorry for my Bad english i Hope u can understand what i Write :).

2. Im Wizzard/Bard and want to cast my skill "Moving March"
My Weapon is: Harp
My Armor: Robe

Now the Problem is that i cant cast that skill ;/?
Everytime there come the Text:
"The selectet Object cant be use Together, or the ability is in use"

Help pls :(

you are already using drug of speed or another skill of speed
