Can someone help me ? [Hack]

im getting an error when i try to use this hack : [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

the error
unhandled exception has occurred in your application. if you click continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to cintue if you click quit the application nwill close immediatly. cannot create a file when that file already exists

and this one under it :

i have microsoft framwork 4.0
