I paid upfront to a known scammer for items off paypal and western and he scamed me and didnt give me any items what do i do?

File a PayPal Complaint.
WU not much you can do but file a police report.

but i didnt send the money to the person who i was buying the stuff from was someone else for him
and the game is against rules to buy items so it will still help me?
and as for paypal what will they do to help me? because when i bought the stuff he videod it i said everything was ok then he screwed me over :(
