Maybe, but you will have a temporary ban too for getting refunded.
It happened to me after i had a refund of 500 boosts, EA support wrote to me about my account under investigation for fraud !!! UNBELIEVABLE
At the end i had a 72 hours ban

It can take upto 30 minutes to process sometimes.
Did you check your PSC balance?

it takes some time for the process to finish, just wait and you'll notice when its done.
