PBE Account for a SimCity DLC Code

Hey, i want to trade a SimCity DLC Code for a PBE Account. I have British City Set & French City Set. I have these Codes from the collectors Edition but I didnt use them because i dont like the game.

Edit: I can give first if you are trusted.
