What you need is:
-a Miniland
-somehow who plays regulary. for example at the sawmill

First you need to fill your inbox somehow. For example go PTS with a full main inventory. You will get after every run 50 "sand from the Dona River" and it will fill your inbox.
After that, you need to fill all your other inventories too. Don't forget to make some space in your main inventory for the "Crystals of Full Moon".
If you got all done, you have to go to your sawmill and recieve the level 5 reward boxes. It will say that your inbox is full. Ignore that and click further on on "recieve" untill you get the "Crystals of Full Moon".

Yes, but not directly.
After some times.............. maybe then^^

I have seen lots of people using this bug. Some got banned just after a few days, other are still not banned after a month. It's all about luck. But if you get banned you get like 6 months.
